So, how exactly do I make worldspaces?

I tried opening worldspace editor, selecting one of them "duplicate" and it's an instant crash

Tried opening editor, "new", then going to cell editor, slect "wilderness" which apparently is the default cell, and it's another instant crash.

 

I think I need it to be a worldspace, since I tried building something as interior cell, but the meshes werent behaving exactly as I want them to, so I figured I'd probably need the terrain editor, but the terrain editor apparently only worlks in worldspaces (exterior), so even if I just want to build a cave, I need it to technically be an exterior cell to be able to use the terrain editor, but any attempt to do so, ends up in instant crash.

 

Anyone experienced in making places that can help?

World -> World Spaces, then right click and New is probably the best way to do it. It's not clear exactly what you're trying to do and why you think you need to do that, though.

 

I created one because I'm making a new island for a quest line in my mod, which will have interior cells connected to it.

 

Search "skyrim create worldspace" on google, and you should be able to find some youtube videos about how to do it pretty easily, though.
