Weird polygon issues during skyrim animations

Hi there, I've been trying to fix these weird polygon issues but to no avail could anyone help me with this?

 

Seems to me like a HDT issue but i just couldn't figure it out. I'm currently using (All-in-One CBBE HDT AP 4.0 Standard Edition (2K Optimized) (Clams of Skyrim)

Hard to say without first seeing a screenshot of said problem. Might be a skeleton issue if it's stretching or deforming.

Yeah figured it out as much, I'll try and see what can i do from my side to solve the issue.

Just reinstall the skeleton last
