I suggest you to use Fx Injector and Nvidia Ambient Occlusion Performance setting it doesn't reduce the performance but increase the realism a lot. but make sure to reduce the Anisotropic Filtering to 4x and use the Level 1 or 2 Fx. Fx Injector already enables the AF so no need for double enabling. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/131
