my character is a girl with the futanari mod, so she has male boy genitals (penis)

 

edit: i found a way to play animations on all genders

go to fallout 4 > data > AAF

 

and open "AAF_settings"

 

then modify "ignore_animation_genders        = false" and change it to "ignore_animation_genders        = true"

 

 

 

that did it, thanks. I also have the futanari FEV mod, which seems to overwrite your character to be male no matter what? or at least, after setting character as male with this mod, you can't change it back. better just to turn that setting off, think I did that years and years ago as well.
