double checked, it is in the c/documents/paradox/stellaris/mod Folder with the other mods i have. all mods are shown in the launcher and are working exept "lood diplomacy" (i guess because localisation, im not english). i would say ist a mod conflict then, i try to reinstall my mod Setup on the Weekend and see what happens
