But finding a nice place for the activities of your sim isn't always that easy. So this thread is for showcasing buildings that might be useful for others. For activities of your sims we already got other threads... Please show only 1-3 pics of the building and put the rest into spoilers. This will ensure that we don't have to much loading time when opening the page.
Guest Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 'Crickets' (WIP) This is my improved version of the 'Cricket Cabana'. 10 more in the spoiler. Spoiler The pics are from the expensive version (#4). The other ones got the same layout but reduced decorations and mobiliar. They are starter homes after all and the price should stay as low as possible. Layout Living room Kitchen Bedroom SOHO Bath Sport Entrance to the cellar (only for #4) Cellar Thats the part i'm still working on. My sim got to unlock a few thing before i can finish it for the one version that got a cellar (will be replaced later).

I'd like to see more cellars used rather than 2nd floors on top; (the stairs block too much view of sims normal everyday activities on 1st floor). The games camera doesn't 'fall off' into the cellar either, lol.

The only good stuff I make, it's because I do a gameplay with a house that evolve generation after generation to adapt what I earn and the family. But I struggle to build from nothing (that's a problem when I do scenery for my story).

They often have pics of the houses already decorated, so you can copy that as well.?
