Help with CTDs, unsure of reason. Won't load certain saves, and Skyrim quickly CTDs when you get out into the "wider world"

Ok, this is the first time I've set up skyrim and I just have no idea what's wrong. I suspect that I simply have to many plugins/scripts running (I've got about 185) but I also know this is technically below the limit. This is also the most powerful computer I've ever played skyrim on, and I've had that many plugins installed before.

 

The game crashes when I load saves that are past a certain point. I've "tricked" the game by loading an earlier save which I know will work, and then loading a later save. But half of them still won't load, and the others quickly CTD after about a minute or less. 

 

There doesn't seem to be any consistent trigger.

 

The only thing I can think of is maybe making a merged patch, which I haven't done, mostly because I've never done it before.

Dont like your loadorder it feels wrong some how.

Do you have latest J-Containers and Papyrus installed?

You should also consider to install Fiss.

 

And finally have you sorted your left side in MO so it match up whit the loadorder LOOT have given you in your right side?

Okay, so you discovered mods with dangly bits and downloaded and installed about a hundred of them.

Prior to this did you:

Do any reading on how to mod Skyrim?

Test your vanilla game to make sure it was stable before piling on the mods?

 

Your symptoms are memory management issues. (Eight year old Skyrim doesn't care how wing-ding your computer is)

Have you installed Crash Fixes

ENBoost (not needed if using an ENB preset)

Skse Plugin Preloader

Load Game CTD Fix

Deadly impacts has a crash issue.

Wet and cold has a crash issue NOW. I don't know when it started. But when i Uninstalled it. The crashes stopped.

MoreNastyCritters Should be installed first. Then put whatever mods you have on top of it. If not it causes crashes.

It doesn't look like your milk mod is loaded correctly. You may want to reinstall that.

Sounds of Skyrim also causes crash issues. No. I do not know why. But it does.

Do not install this. Hydra Devious Devices Patch  I have had a crash that would continue in saves. Download SaveTool to fix it.

Why do you have Bijin AIO.esp  then just after it all the other ones? You only need the ALL in One.

Get rid of Sofia unless its the one given by the creator. Because there is a bug. Where Braiths parents will be considered dead. But they are standing right there. Forcing the game to remove them from the game. So if you had a quest with them. You will never complete the quest. This also lingers in your save. So.SaveTool remove it. Or you have accepted this an wont go all the way back to where you first got it.

Reminder. The Creator of Sofia has a working version on their Patron page. But you have to buy it. So he leaves the one with a bug on live servers. An wont fix it.

You have a lot of Schlong mobs you don't need by the way. Also yeah. MNC has issue.So i can understand for realism.

Correlation is not causation. You seem to have had lots of crashes which you blame on various mods. Most of the rest of your post is nonsense, e.g., MNC should be installed first.

Meaning what? Lots of other people use those mods without problems. Would you care, for example, to elaborate on what the 'issue' is with MNC and why it has to be installed first?
