So with my current household I have two lesbian sims who have 5 biological children from allowing Same Sex Try for Baby. I have the Global Incest Switch turned off, but the siblings are STILL able to have sex with each other AND they find one another attractive! Can someone help me with this because it's gotten really frustrating for me to see my sims' teen daughter having a crush on her older brother and vice versa. Thank you in advance!
thaclone Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 thank god I am not the only one having this bug... I thought I did something wrong in the settings. But I do have the exact same problem. All the children of my couple find each other attractive and the WW shows all of them when choosing the partners you wanna start animations. I don't know what happened here. I can't remember messing up my settings, because I barely touch them. I have a saved settings file which I use on every savegame. But when I started a new game last week, I had this bug, too. (with the exact same saved settings I have in other savegames)
Scorpio Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 As long as those sims don't also have the 'incest' reward trait they shouldn't be able to do it, with close relatives anyway. Make sure you have WW incest disabled before doing the following. On a fresh install of WW the incest feature is disabled by default anyway so... You can try moving the WW folder to your desktop for testing. Also move the Wicked Mods folder in saves to desktop but make sure you don't overwrite the first one you moved. If you have any other mods that need WW to function you will need to temp. move them also. Delete your localthumbcache.package next Load game save and family like normal and give the game a couple of sim hours and then save and exit. (Time to see if your siblings are still trying to romance each other with WW out of the picture). Delete your localthumbcache again and re-install the above mods. Do not re-install the Wicked Mods save folder or the problem may return. I wouldn't try using the WW import settings for the same reason. WW will create a new one, but you will have to go through all your WW settings again. As a side note: If you have a WW file for disabled animations, keep track of the latest file date and put it back into its original location. Just in case you have a bunch of animations disabled you won't have to go through them all again. The idea is to force a reset to clean out old WW data that may be stuck or bugged. Keep in mind if you have another mod like MCCC/Woohoo, or others, they have their own settings for romance/woohoo for teens and family. They will only effect EA romance and Woohoo though and not WW sex. If your siblings have already established a romance bar with each other you may need to use the MCCC relationship cheat to remove them. Sorry for the long winded reply but it gets a bit complicated with some of these mods.
