xXPuzzleXx Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Basically the vast majority of devious devices are invisible. I use UNP so installed the skyrim unp bodyslide folder, i have tried batch building with this but all textures remain invisible.
Zaflis Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 Load order should be DD-Assets, DD-Integration, DD-Expansion. Â You shouldn't need to know what UNP folder is if you use FOMOD installer, but you need not only UNP folder but Core too.
itspoisonivy420 Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 i have the load order right but still is invisible Â
AlipheeseXV Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 Okay, I am totally new to this. I have the same issue. Here it is explained that I have to (batch) build the assets using bodyslide. How do I do this? Â

Meep552234 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 (edited) Hello! I hope someone sees this Ive done everything on this forum and my devious devices are still invisible and they wont fix themselves no matter what I do! I fear it may be the wrong file path. Does anyone know the file path needed for bodyslide it would be most appriciated! Edited October 6, 2024 by Meep552234
John Calumnus Posted October 18, 2024 Posted October 18, 2024 The correct filepath for BodySlide depends on what Mod Manager you are using. Each BodySlide file should build to Data/meshes and nowhere else. This may be specific to wherever your BodySlide output is located, either in a mod resource directory or the base game folder. So for Devious Devices your folder structure would look something like Data/meshes/devious with all the subfolders and other armors inside. If the files are in Data/meshes/meshes/devious BodySlide was run incorrectly and you will need to delete them and try again.
Vyru Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 I have been facing this same issue when i re-instaled skyrim today. In my case it was Vortex failing to instal the textures and some meshes correctly. If you're using Vortex, re-download DD, DCL and ZAZ (Vortex failed with all 3 of them for me) and add all the meshes and textures folders manually (skip already present files)
