[REQUEST]Mod help for skyrim(kinks involved)

Hi all, thanks for your time if you're reading. I'm very new to the mod community, and due to that fact, have been having troubles over the past 12hrs trying to mod skyrim for the first time. I've seen some wild stuff from posted pictures of mods in game, and would love to be able to try them out. If you have any helpful resources (I've been watching some beginner videos for using vortex) I'd appreciate videos or reading material to increase my modding knowledge.

  Also. If you have mods you've used, that match with the tags I've added. Or some that you've enjoyed, I would really appreciate you sharing what you've used, maybe a list of what you're running? Any friendly helpful words or tips is appreciated.
