I have the fallout 4 without any mod which mods +18 you recommend me to start?

vague question what are you interested in ? if u played with skyrim before basically install the same  mods in the same order , get nude textures animations all that sex mods after, go to nexus and download basic things first..

2. BodyTalk V2 - The Extended Skeleton Edition for nude male body.

3. LooksMenu to change your visual appearance.

4. Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) to manage all your mods settings through 1 menu.

5. AAF the framework that most sex mods use. Minimum install requires AAF+Theme+1 Animation mod, or your AAF won't do anything at all.

6. AAF Sex Em Up and/or AAF Violate to instigate sexual encounters throughout your game-play.

7. Devious Devices A big collection of gear to equip the player or any npc in lockable restraints,cuff,corsets,gags,nipple clamps etc, adding alot of gameplay elements in combination with other mods.

before you start saying that something is broke install everything bit by bit
Install mod - load game - save - install another - load game - save
Yes there are some exceptions like installing all the body stuff in one go since they require each other.
