I accidentally downloaded a spam mode that spam stupid nude images everywhere. The whole game is destroyed.

Why not take a look in your folder? The file is probably sitting there.

If you use Microsoft edge....click on the star thingy top right of the screen….select downloads and it'll show you what you've downloaded....once you find the name of the file simply look for it where you installed it and delete it.....
