Kappa Enemy Mod

Are there any Kappa mods out there? Had an idea for something involving Defeat or DA.

 

If defeated, the Kappa would steal the shinidiro(?), its located in the rectum. From the dragonborn and you wouldn't be able to use shouts or nagika till you got it back.

 

This would only happen near rivers, or lakes and streams.
