Anyone knows what mod causes "you hear a crowd gathering somewhere" message?

When I enter the Whiterun, a "you hear a crowd gathering somewhere" message appears in the upper left corner of the screen. And my character turned around and stopped and stuck. I can't do anything, and only my character stops.

I initially assumed that this message came from "SexLab Eager NPCs" mod. However, even after removing the mod, this message appeared. I searched this phrase on Google but nothing came out. If you know how to fix it, please let me know. Attach a screenshot below.

you could also try troubleshooting it on your own:

1. try opening a console and typing "help crowd". if this dialogue line shows up along with an ID code, you can trace it to the specific mod in your load order

2. open all SL related mods in tes5edit, expand dialogue/dialoguebranch trees and look for that specific sentence

You may get a clue if you open the console when the message appears.

Does you character get stuck permanently or just for a short time?

Thanks for the reply.  After seeing the answer, I opened the console when the message appeared, but it didn't show any other messages in the console window.

I waited 15 minutes after the character stopped.  But nothing changed.  So I believe this is permanent

Thank you for the answer.  When I searched "help crowd" in the console, I did not find anything suspicious.  I haven't finished searching in tes5edit yet, so I'll look for more.  Thank you.

I found a solution. I may share some of my findings because there may be others who have the same problems as me. This problem was caused by the 'bad ends 0.3' mod. In the 'Bad Ends' MCM menu, there was an option to solve the character's stuck.
