Don't really know what to make of this Last exception thing but perhaps someone can help me.

No idea what 'tuple' is, but it seems related to a buffs mod, or an 'outfit buff'.

Wonder it it's the authors name, or tag?

 

Same error repeats over and over in the LE.

Well it no longer gives me that crash but now when I use the change sim to underwear option a mannequin appears behind them, and the sim in question begins T-Poses and Twitches.

Hard to tell without seeing a list of the mods you have installed.

 

But it is being caused by a mod anyway, might be cc clothing, hair movement(physics) mod, No Eyelashes, etc.

I've wiped the mods and reinstalled only the necessary one's. Done a clean install of the newest Wicked Whims, if new problems arise, I'll update this thread or create a new one as needed.
