my sims refused proposition sex

1. hello my sims refuses my proposals of sex so ca m preserves a can, I tried to let everything accept but it does not work, I try to reset all my parameters of wicked whims but still the same thing my sims refuses to make sex, can you help me i did several research on the internet and nothing was conclusive

What version of WW do you have, if yes to above, WW is now at v147c update.
