So I was playing with mods and fucked up my game, NO biggie. Uinstalled all the mods then reinstalled them (The ones that worked) Booted up skyrim no problems. Well then I tries to so if it was working and I got no dialog options. Yes. Maybe my mods were out of the corect load order SO I;m checking

if you mean mods that add dialogue to npcs, then I noticed those wont show up immediately sometimes... if you save your game and load it should make those qusts start working then if you talk to a npc then you should see it. I have even had to save and load twice to get quests to show up for mods im working on
