any naughty sims 4 multiplayer (mod) servers?

as the title says, would love to find a server of the multiplayer mod for the sims 4 that has the purpose of creating an ERP environment of multiple players having sex mods

You can't play the Sims 4 as a multiplayer game. It doesn't exist - ERP or not.

I heard of https://www.sims-multiplayer.com but never used it. I assume that all players need the samd mods and CC, setting thid up may be very complicated.

Since this post, much has changed. The site is here: https://sims-multiplayer.com/

If you pay Patreon, you can play with up to 12 people at the same time.

 

I've only tested it with local LAN play with one other. It worked surprisingly well with Wicked Whims.  They have a Youtube video but here's my observations:

• You have to have the exact same mods, expansion packs and scripts as the other player(s).  They have a tool that you can use to "unload expansion packs" that the other person has.  With WW, this is probably the biggest challenge - you would have to basically zip up your MODS folder and send it to your friends.
• Wicked Whims - works BUT, when you start a sex animation, the other person gets to choose the first act and vice versa.  You can definitely control the next act yourself.  Either of you can break the animation like normal if you don't want to stay in it.
• Don't just quit the game normally - you have to type disconnect otherwise it can freeze the other persons games.
• Build mode is not supported (yet).

To your original idea of doing ERP - it's definitely possible, but you would have to coordinate the mods and expansion packs, and all of your friends would have to purchase the patreon mod. If you are cheap and want to play for free - you would have to figure out Hamachi with your friends and open ports in your router.
