.........you need to run "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe" to have animations:

C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Assuming you're not just a troll, may I suggest you do an internet search for the STEP Guide and read up on Modding 101.  The guide can take you through this process one step at a time.

Okay I have one that has stumped me with FNIS. had to recently reinstall SkyrimSE and all my mods. installed them a few at a time checking periodically that Skyrim still worked and the mods registered. Reached a point where I was reinstalling my animation packs and other loverslab mods. got them all installed with no errors thrown. Ran FNIX XXL for users. I got two warnings and no output at all. just a couple of empty folders. Thinking maybe I remembered what FNIS output looked like wrong I launched Skyrim and checked and yup T-Posed. have since run FNIS about half a dozen times with different combinations of settings and mods and still just get the two warnings and no apparent output

any Ideas?

whoops here are the two warnings I forgot to add them : >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_HCOSBestiality_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<
Reading HCOSBestiality V1.0 ...     ChAnims:134     CTD:0.9%     pOpt:0.2%
>>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_HCOSVore_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<

reinstalled FNIS completely. Luckily I am using MO2 so it is easy to do. I also reinstalled FNIS creatures and FNIS spells. still T-Posed after running FNIS for users and Still getting those two warnings that I have no Idea where they are coming from

thats what it was. somehow I mixed up getting the right HCOS downloaded and couldnt for the life of me remember what HCOS stood for. for some reason your comment brought it to mind. now on to finish installing mods and getting HDT-SMP working again. Thanks a bunch MadMansGun
