Tron91 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I have a few questions regarding SEQ files. For sure I know, it has something to do with Dialogues. Still some detailed answers for the following questions would be greatly helpful for me. ? What is the significance of SEQ files ? How is the content of SEQ files determined ? Is the content of SEQ files dependent on the FormID's of the Plugin file ? Does it really matter if the plugin is an ESP/ ESL/ ESM
Seijin8 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 SEQ files are a "patch" for bad dialogue implementation by Bethesda. Structurally, they aren't necessary *if* the player loads their mod list, saves, exits and restarts the game. SEQ eliminates the need to do that. You can safely remove them if they bother you, just remember to save/reload prior to any dialogue after doing so. (EDIT: I mean a single time, that's it, don't have to save/reload every time you have dialogue.)
