My Skyrim crashes when teleport

Hi everyone, sry but i need help with something and i don´t find any help.

I am using mod organizer 2, i know how to use loot and tes5edit but when i am playing and i want to teleport or leave a location, my skyrim crashes

the MO2 give me a crash log, someone know what i have to do ? PLS HELP
