Is SMP+PE required for Coco's mods?

There are some of her mods for free on her blogspot:

https://coco2048.blogspot.com/

But they all say in requirements that they need HDT-SMP as requirements, the file linked in the blog is currently not on the google drive though:

I haven't played too much Skyrim the past 1-2 years, this is the first mod i encounter which has them as requirements. Is it an easy install or would i need to replace my normal hdt? Or can i simply ignore the file and the clothes will work well enough with base hdt?

Sorry in advance, but my searches so far haven't found a recent answer.

This is her new SMP file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mNve_qQgYFgxqo_C2sq0uWaDvdcuP8PM/view just instal it and you are good to go don't need to change anything from HDT PE. Remember to put d3dcompiler_47.dll to folder contain TESV.exe

Do you know if this section of the guide is still required?

OpenCL 2.0:

  • If you are on Windows 10 and have an Intel CPU/GPU you probably can ignore this
  • Nvidia, try these https://software.int.../opencl-drivers these will only work if you have compatable Intel CPU
  • AMD, drivers here http://support.amd.c...CL2-Driver.aspx
  • OpenCL 2.0 was a requirement for HDT-SMP, while there is an option to turn off OpenCL simulation in the configs.xml the engine will crash without it, this option actually just sets SMP to use CPU rather than GPU calculation
  • OpenCL 1.2 seems to be workable with newer versions of SMP, have tested with NVIDIA 1080ti with encouraging results

Since the post is from 2016, so the toll of time might have made it obsolete already :)
