Is this normal?

I don't know if it's nornal or not.. Or if it's due to the settings

I can safely guess that it's not normal but other then that I have no clue on how to fix it.

It's due to either a bad rig somewhere in your mods folder or a bad CC mod.

 

Sometimes an old penis rig can cause that issue.  Search your mods folder for rig.  If you have any penis mods installed, try uninstalling them.

 

If that doesn't help.  Remove a portion of mods out of your mods folder and test in game.  Keep moving mods out of your mods folder until the problem goes away.  Then slowly move the last batch you removed back in until you identify the offending mod.  Good luck!
