Yeah it's a framework issue from the sounds of it. It's not the answer you want to hear but just reinstall sexlab and slal following the instructions again to the letter.

First. You need to run LOOT on that load order.

 

Second. To get a load order list use the three vertical dots in LOOT or get it from the mod manager.
