Need help with FNIS creatures move but character doesnt

Oddly enough its quite the opposite of what ive seen in some posts, and I cant figure out why. I am trying to get Untamed to work, and have been trying to for hours. I BELIEVE I know what the issue is but I do not know how to fix it. its these 2 question marks in the first screenshot

 

Now 2nd set of screenshots is my load order any help is very appreciated

and yes I did do the FNIS Generate

did you check allow creatures in sex lab? do You have animations setup proper like, thru slal, an entire list of your installed mods might get you more help. good luck

Did you use LOOT? Untamed and FNIS come a lot lower down in my load order.

And what did the readme say about the warnings?

Allow creatures is enabled, I ran it as administrator to begin with. Its odd I had this problem last time I tried this.
