Hi its been a while since i have played skyrim and been on this website, and a lot of things changed.

 

i would like to know what mod manager should i used? 

i would like to know how to install the female body, for example i prefer Cbbe . but i'm not sure if HDT is implemented, or if someone else knows better body skin , if you guys could help me

out and guide how to install it 

and what should i be expecting when installing mod, its been like 5 years.

Can somebody help me out and guide me, and my apologize for my English , its pretty rough

In principle, not much has changed in five years, for installing mods you can use for example nexus mods manager, the only thing is during for this time it stopped being officially supported and passed into the hands of the community

I strongly recommend that any beginner, or new returnee, look at this:

 

DTMT uses UNP but all the necessary step to getting back into the game are there.

 

As far as mod managers are concerned I also still use Nexus Mod Manager. As already mentioned it is no longer on Nexus but can be found on GitHub. Each iteration of other mod managers, (MO, MO2 and Vortex) get more complex but offer more tools. I like NMM because of it's very simplicity.

In terms of mod installation personaly there is no other option than mod organizer 2,  this guy has a good series on the stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DG3eqyNOByw

What to expect depends on your mods of choice :)

how is mo2 is it better then mo ? and what body type you guys prefer?
