Best mods and ways to run a brothel?

So I made brothel ready to be filled with various famous video game characters, including a basement where they a "broken" if they don't join willingly (so using dark animations, ect) and have all the characters ready to go (including a short script for the overall narrative for each character arc).  BUT as I've only recently started getting back into the Sims 4 again I'm not really clear what MOD/s would be best to actually RUN a brothel. 

 

I know various mods have prostitution themes or abilities, but unlike some seem to be abandoned or not really clear if they would do what I want.  Basically what I want is for random sims to show up, go have sex with a "working girl" and pay her for it.  Obviously if it had a little more depth like sex skill equals pay, or what they do per price ect would be great but right now all I want is for that basic function.  Honestly I'm not even really clear what I have to designate the lot as for sims to show up and pay my sims to have sex with them.

 

Is there a good mod that still works that would be what I'm looking for or a combination of mods or methods I could use to make my brothel blossom?

I created one , using kinky mod assault on lot, nissa call center,  hypersexual trait, from WW, you can add litle sams mods, https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/ more buyable venues and bussiness at home, with  gender and more lots trait, also create a club with sacrificial prostitute mod  https://sacrificialmods.com/downloads.html and put whole members in autonomous prostitution and lap dance mode. 

 

it works like a charm, I never seen more sex and weird brothel interactions in my whole life as sim gamer, I started with sims 2. also add drugs mods if wanna even more fun. but add this, you need a really good PC. at least 16gb ram and six cores with 4gb video card to use that with cc.

Yep it works for a personal brothel I am in the way to recreate ps2 playboy mansion with grotto for my playboy world.  You might also want to set use condom xd or you are gonna end with babies like if were candies

Nisa's Wicked Perversions + Noir and Dark Adult World decorations and outfits + Hoe It Up (for pole dancing) + Extreme Violence (for Bouncers as well as the possibility of having violent Johns and Janes)+ Kinky World (even more potential for chaos from clients)= A good start.

Hello, i just wonder that is Kinky World is only for sims 3. How can i get Kinky World for sims 4?

What is " kinky mod assault on lot" that you mean? Im sorry i know it is an old topic but I just found it today.
