[DEVIOUS DEVICES] Bug or Feature ?

Hmm when I install devious devices with all it requirement and play ( of course I already build again in bodyslide and run FNIS ) , but something weird just happen  with my player character , my hand is like tied in something invisible , I check my devious menu , nothing there and I'm sure I was just install it and not using any of the mod item yet . This is very weird bug (feature) . Like those arrested people

Not bug nor feature, but "user error". My guess is your used skeleton is some lesser than XPMSE (115 bones in FNIS).

 

You can also try forcefully equip yourself some restraints like yoke and then removing it. Doing so may reset the animations.

Sounds to me like you failed to install the DD series right or even didn't installed all requirements.

> you have bodyslide and outfit studio installed?

> you have a skin installed for your chosen body? (like UUNP or CBBE)?

> you have the right skeleton => XPMSE?

> you have run bodyslide to generate the DD items for your body/preset?

> you know how to use FNIS?

what version of DDx you use?

If it's an older version, you find more bodyslide options in the group "unassigned"

 

Is that a new game?

Where and how do you start in Skyrim?

Maybe something went wrong with the ZAZ installation?

If you still use the vanilla start you might have a stuck animation from it, unrelated to DD/ZAZ

 

More details needed to help you there.

if ZAZ is installed try this:

> ZAZ MCM > player control > release AI

> also check on the same MCM window on the right side if your controls are limited

hmm so ZaZ eh , I just tho it was DD fault , I install ZaZ before but it's fine so I dont really care , later I install DD , but at that moment after I install DD it started having that weird bug I started to find out the error , so I must check the ZaZ menu again , ty tho

Would be interesting if you found the reason for the strange behavior ?
