Question about HDT Physics

I really don't understand the nuts and bolts to Skyrim HDT physics, but I use HDT and everything works but I was wondering.....I use the walk and run animations by Dragonfly and the mod is by name the  TBBP animations by Dragonfly with but bounce.  If one is a animation and one is part of a physics engine, are they fighting one another sort of speak.  I am probably trying mix apples and oranges, but I just don't know.  Could anyone just give me a brief explanation about what is happening when I mix these two, if anything.

TBBP is fake bounce, PE is not.

Is it ok to have them both? I like Dragonfly's run and walk animations, but it seems like when I am editing the PE xml. file in Just 4 Fun,  I make large numerical changes, but visually things don't change much.  They do a little so I know its working, but I was wondering if the TBBP was getting in the way , or causing trouble in the background somehow.  Sorry I can't be more specific with my question, I don't have much knowledge in the subject.  I have SMP set up in my SSE game, and it is perfect, I just never got SMP to work for me in Oldrim, so I am stuck with PE.  Anyway, thanks for the help, you have helped me quite a bit with SMP and SSE and understanding how to edit them. I do appreciate it.

nothing's changing because TBBP isn't physics, it's animation. What you're changing is your other stuff. I would remove TBBP and see what it looks like without changing anything before deciding, and no it doesn't matter if you run them together.

What applies to SMP in SSE applies to SMP in LE; the caveat being SMP performance isn't gimped from hell to breakfast by arbitrary code changes and bone changes from both Hydro and Bethesda in LE.
