HDT physics no collision

Hello, to be simple and cut to the chase I have been trying to get the sexy idle animation to work with the collision and HDT physics but no matter what I try I can't seem to get it to work. I've watched several tutorials, been on several different threads, learned about something called Havok but I can't exactly figure out what it is, and most threads talking about Havok seem to be extremely old so I don't even know if it's relevant anymore, I'd simply like to get the collision to work.

I'm new to modding, but I did make it work previously, it's only now that it suddenly stopped working, tried a full reinstall and clean save, but nothing I seem to do will get it to work. Any advice is appreciated.

It seems to me you need both the hdt.xml and the hdttbbp (don't remember the full name off the top of my head). I'm just doing screenshots and using the havok object to do basic collisions. If you want, I can upload my xml fi lm as for you. I adjusted them myself to accommodate my busty character.

If anyone has better, non smp options I'd love to know. SMP freezes my game everytime now,  plus I dont like the very overexaggerated bounce
