Similar file structure yet again, so anyone who's familiar with modding these games it shouldn't be too tricky

The nude skin for pbs 1.08 seems to work for peach ball, but without a way to remove the underwear i can't say for sure.

Also the blue skin for haruka from pbs crashed my game.

The Body Scaling from pbs works, but i do get value errors sometimes.

Modding outfits might be more difficult this time around, as all the costume files now have a .cat.tzp file extension, instead of only a .cat file extension. The Cat Editor I have couldn't open them.

So, does this game not have moments of the typical Senran Kagura "bright light" censors? If not, I think I'd be ok with an unmodified version, in which case, I may as well get it on Switch.

From what I've seen during gameplay, the only times the girls lose all clothing is after a ''Super Sexy Finish'', after which they cover themselves. I have not seen any poses which included those bright light censors, though I've only finished one of the storylines so I can't be certain.

Some renaming is necessary, but the previous mod can be used.

Do you mean costume mods? I'm trying to use costume files but the files are now .cat.tzp instead of .cat and it's not working for me

 

Edit: nvm, I get it. You just rename the .cat files to .cat.tzp and they work. Main issue now is getting a good commando mod, since the one from PBS doesn't seem to work with any of the existing lingerie options. 

 

Edit 2: So it looks like pretty much all mods from older games work - I've tested mods from PBS, ReNewal, and Estival. As long as you rename the .cat files to .cat.tzp they seem to work pretty well

 

 

 

My only issue with the game now is that there aren't actually very many costumes to choose from - there's only 30-ish or so costumes in the game total, so it's missing most of the good costumes that people modded in the previous games. Not having a universal commando mod hurts too, there's a lingerie removal mod in the Reflexions thread which works in the dressing room when you choose a lingerie, but doesn't actually work for dress break or lingerie scenes. Not sure why that is.

To quickly rename files create a .bat file with this in it.  
 

forfiles /S /M *.cat /C "cmd /c rename @file @fname.cat.tzp"

This will find all .cat files in the current folder and sub folders and change all of the file extensions to cat.tzp so no need to edit each file.

So eh... Is there no way to get a second clothing break during gameplay? I can get the second break clothing to show fine in the dressing room but during gameplay it seems like you only break the clothing once during the first girl minigame.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, just download mods from previous senran games and install them the same way. You just have to rename the files from .cat to .cat.tzp and they work

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it, I've only ever been able to get the first clothing break during gameplay

Because people are a fan of this series so they are dedicated enough to keep modding each games it releases on pc?  I mean, it can't be hard to understand.  We have plenty of people who is modding different games.  Besides, rather it's shit or not, it's an opinion.

May I ask how you guys removed the swimsuits ? I've installed all the desired mods from the Senran Kagura mod summary topic, renamed the files but still can't seem to change anything in the game. I'll greatly appreciate some kind of help or hints just to know "basically" what to do if possible. Thanks in advance !

If you are gonna troll, you might want to at least make sure the content of your troll is factual or at least correct. Here let me fix that for you.

 

BTW - This is a forum. Different people have different tastes. I happen to like both games. But spamming another topic is NOT going to get people to head to the Kill La Kill thread and further it's modding potential. Actually, it will do directly the opposite. You spamming other game threads trying to bring attention to another game, is going to in fact, keep people from visiting that game. Or at the very least, if you happen to spark a creator's interest. They sure as hell won't reward your rude behavior. As most mods at the absolute minimum take a good 10 minutes of work. (That's if the devs actually put a full nude model in and the modder just needs to hook it/over write other files with it. That's time someone has to take and they aren't going to reward someone with a completed product, when they are being rude and disrupting other topics. As you won't be as appreciative. And when modders do this stuff for free, they want people to at least be appreciative.

Could you please tell me wich files you use for this? I can't get it to work, i tried downloading nude mods from the others games but keep crashing when i open the game...

It worked here, thanks. You changed the display image of the girls, this I saw when the screen starts, but also the clothes during the gameplay prace that got more torn right?

Another time I'll try to get the Burst Re: Newal mods to see if it works on Peach Ball too.
