Help Needed to Convert a Mod

I need some pointers about converting textures to SE; the assets were ran through the Cathedral Asset Optimizer but don't work in game. Specifically, the textures were originally .tga instead of .dds files and produced this...

Purple means missing file.

 

SSE doesn't use TGA textures. If your source mod really didn't provide DDSes then you'll have to create them yourself, then edit the mesh and/or ESP to reference those new files.
