Multiples

I was wondering if there was a mod to have multiple families? What I mean by that is, can it be possible to have a wife in one house and using LittleMsSams mod to own a penthouse or any other property have another wife with kids without living all in the same household. 

 

Hopefully I explained this correctly. 

 

Example: I married Sofia Bjergsen and she is living in Willow Creek, no kids yet. I bought a penthouse in San Myshuno using LittleMsSams mod and then married Morgan Fyres but it added her to my household with my first wife. Can she live on her own and I be able to go back and forth but still owning the penthouse.

Yeah. Should be perfectly possible. You can split up families by editing households when in game, any relations they had should remain. Might be difficult to set up in CAS with the 8-sim limit, but in game either creating the relationship and children through gameplay or using MCC to create familiy relationships between sims it's very much doable.

I get what you are saying, but it's not allowing me to do what I want. When I move Morgan into the penthouse I can't own it because she already lives there and I can't have her live there while I own it because then she gets added to my household.

Not quite the idea I'm thinking you are looking for, but maybe try MC Command Centre. With that mod you can select sims to be spouses without moving them around houses (sadly takes away a good bit of the earning relationship though). Another idea is go into household management, put Morgan in the Penthouse using the 'freerealestate on' cheat seeing as now you have got your character married to her (so it doesnt cost you anymore) then live in one household but go visit the other as you wish.
