Deviously cursed loot MCM Glitching

So i installed the new DCL and for some reason the tab in MCM isn't working it's there but when i click on it shows nothing and when i click out of it i can't open any other tabs until i completely close the pause screen. I already looked in the Conflict section i have not installed any of the mods that would compromise DCL in any way

any help would be appreciated

 

(PS i did use a save tool to remove unwanted scripts (because my game kept crashing) that could have done something)
