What body mods are recommended in 2019? Also, what about face overhauls?

Download setbody reloaded as it has almost every body ever made in it and all you have to do is cast a spell to change your players body to a different one.

if you want a body for which you can get a full armor-clothes replacer see my yellow Link below. There you find Links for vanilla full armor-clothes replacers.

 

With SetBody you set your  nude Body and you can use the  body meshes for the NPC's nude body ( copy the body you want in data\meshes\charcters\_male .  Or you can set it in the SetBody reloaded ini??? I do not use SetBody reloaded so I do not know )

But you need armor clothes for the body, and there are only a few full vanilla replacer.  ( In Oblivion the armor/clothes does not change with the body. Every body needs another armor/clothes replacer. And armor/clothes Mods are made for one body type )
