Lannister1098 Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 New user here! When I added a few mods into my game a couple hours ago, everything was working fine. But then, when I returned to my last save, everybody was stuck in a T-Pose/ Partial T-Pose position. If anyone could find a solution, that would be fantastic. When I also run my mod list through Generate FNIS for Users I also get this error code: ERROR(2026): Too many animations 111 (..\..\meshes\actors\character\animations\FunnyBizNecro\FNIS_FunnyBizNecro_List.txt): + FB_NecroDoggyBang_A1_S2 NecroDoggyBangA1_s2.hkx Another issue I'm having with my game is that my character is stuck in the walking animation and moves really slowly. My Player character is also not over encumbered, so if anyone could help with that issue as well, I'd be really grateful. Attached is a copy of my Load Order in a text file format. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! LoadOrder_SkyrimSE_2019-08-02T20-17-18.txt
TnTTnT Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 As in error message, too many animations. You have to either reduce animation pack or use FNIS alternate version (XXL) instead.

Edit: Found these errors while in Generate FNIS for Users, how do I delete this mod properly? >>Warning: AnimationList found in "Animations\FNIS_PCEA2", but no corresponding Behavior file. Incomplete mod IGNORED.<< >>Warning: \character\character assets female\skeleton_female.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<< >>Warning: \character\character assets\skeleton.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<
TnTTnT Posted August 3, 2019 Posted August 3, 2019 You have to select which animation mod you feel least likely to use, can't recommend anything since I don't play Skyrim SE. Have you install PCEA2, if you not plan to use it -> uninstall it. If you would like to use PCEA2, you may need to download it from Nexus and make sure to download the main mod not some optional file. For the last 2 error, find skeleton that compatible with Skyrim SE.

For the last 2 error, find skeleton that compatible with Skyrim SE. Get the XXL version of FNIS that will fix the animation limit. Also you can run PCEA2 and Sexy Move 360, but the animations of sexy move get overwritten. It is a compromise and likely you can copy paste your favs to a file of pcea2

But (you knew there would be a "but" didn't you?) could you please run FNIS (either one) and post the entire output. This normally begins with a description of your skeleton and ends with the number of animations that you've successfully loaded. If it's not too much trouble, could you also note what mod manager you use.

Lannister1098 Posted August 4, 2019 Author Posted August 4, 2019 I finally figured out what the problem was. It's FNIS PCEA2. Whenever I do a check in FNIS for Users, I do a consistence check and everything is fine. But whenever I load up my game after a few seconds in the loading screen area, it just CTDs. When I disable PCEA2, the game loads fine, but all characters are stuck in the dreaded T-Pose position. Any idea on how to fix this?
iskruel Posted August 9, 2019 Posted August 9, 2019 I'm having the same issue - player character and all human NPCs stuck in the T-pose. I'm not using PCEA2 though. I've re-installed the skeleton from the link above just in case that was it, and nothing.I'm using FNIS XXL, here is my load order and the Generate FNIS for users report. Tick the skeleton arm fix and the .hkx boxes on FNIS. Then eliminate the Billyy legacy animations since they are not SE compatible (according to the output). That will have the added benefit of getting your total animations down a little. If you try this let me know how it works.

I also removed the files in \Data\meshes\actors\character\animations that FNIS told me caused errors when I ran it again after following your advice. (The ones called DD, DD2, DD3, and DDSL.) Seems to run smoothly now. Characters moving properly, etc. Will post an update after I test it more thoroughly.
