Whats the difference between this and the Recommended Japanese Sex Voice Mod ?

I replaced the files from the sex lab sound replacer and all im getting is the regular sexlab sounds. what am i doing wrong

 

Edit: figured it out. when i installed the sfx replacer, i had the oral sounds on universal instead of younger, switching the regular sfx settings to younger and then replacing the files fixed it.
