Making a playable Ciri

Basically, I want to make a playable version of this mod and use my own skin textures and body (for private use ofc).

However, I have no idea how to even start. Can anyone give me a few pointers?

It depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want that EXACT face then I can't help you. The mod author has clearly indicated that he does not want to share his assets. That being so, using his material would be piracy.

 

If you want to make an NPC that looks like this then you should go to Racemenu (as you do at game start) and take the time to make a face that looks like that. When you are satisfied with it make a note of what hair you used. Then open the console and type SPF Ciri (or SPF whatever you want to call her). Then make a follower or NPC or simply Import this face onto whoever and make certain that they also have the hair you chose. That's it.

Ideally you get the face presents from the author directly. Otherwise you can import faces with RaceMenu. You'll find tutorials for that online, it's been a while since I last did this. 

Besides you need to use the textures and maybe the body of the ciri follower as well. 

So you either replace the default ones which will affect all females in your game, or you have to create your own race with custom textures path.
