guide Fallout IV for Beginners - V3.2.9 (Outdated)

I used most of the updated guide by Simpossible, and I'm on AE. It works fairly well. First time I walked into Concord without significant stuttering, and I can run wild between Sanctuary, Abernathy Farm, and Red Rocket when they're all built up without a single slow down. Guess AE really IS worth the trouble. That said there's some things that 100% won't work with AE (Robco Patcher, among others)

4.0 is complete. It is only missing a few behaviour mods that are in testing (and maybe newer ones I find on Nexus).

OCBP + MTM preset. MTM must overwrite OCBP. Physics is tied to framerate - you need stable 60fps or breasts will be saggy

ah guess its the fps the rest are all done properly. though i am dealing with another problem. For some reason this happens after equpping vtaw clothing, it works solid for a bit then goes to this

Only Vtaw? 

In MTM try setting to "Firm - Ignore Armor".  Rebuild body in bodyslide. Rebuild outfits with your preset.

yea only vtaw outfits, i tried using french maid outfit and the hooker outfits they dont affect it. anyway ill try it and let you know

Edit: seems to be working solidly for now the tits seem to be looking more in line with the bodyslide. thanks man

Disregarding 'Building' and 'Far Harbor' (I might tweak those two a little bit more) is the new guide 4.0.X replacing this one here.

 

The new guide covers all versions of Fallout 4 (aka OG/NG/AE) and should work for everyone. Instructions to roll back to AE V191 are includsed as not all mods (like AAF) are updated for the newest AE V221 vet. Rolling back is not needed anymore as all mods have been updated.

Anyone here using linux with FO4 modding? Is there a lot to watch out for? Does mod organizer or Nexus work with linux and steam?
