A modest brothel with floorplan

I decided I wanted to share some pictures of a brothel I built for my game.

 

Here it is on a 20 by 30 lot next to a macdonalds restaurant. This is the backdoor only the workers get to use.

 

 

Main Entrance is hidden from view from the road by some strategically placed trees

 

 

In the back there are also 2 exits customers can use if they want to make it look like they were out strolling in the woods or just visited the fast food restaurant next door.

 

 

Entrance leads into a small lobby with a bar amd small rooms customers can sit and wait in while waiting for their favorite working girl to service them. The high class option comes with their own classy bar and a widescreen tv playing porn all the time.

I just hope the npc sims actually will hang around in these small rooms as they arrive

 

to the right there is the dressing rooms for the (3) workers that will be closed off for customers

 

 

Kitchen to the right for staff as they wait for customers. work room to the left

 

 

High class suite comes with 2 mirror walls and a small pool

 

 

topview. All in all, cost about right under 100k

There doesn't seem to be that much CC, with the floorplan provided and the exterior shots it shouldn't be too difficult for anyone who wants to to duplicate this one.
