Seeking a breast&butt scaling spell mod for SE

So i want to get into the kink side of SE and tbh from all my searches on the nexus, the only thing i've found that is 'appealing' to me is this one:

Tho a Slight problem, its for oldrim.

I did manage to install it using MO2 on my SE character and it kind of worked, as i did get the spells and could have cast them, but nothing happened.
This is because im a noob when it comes to body modification mods so obviously i needed other mods/tools (body reaplcers?) in conjunction to this one.

So my request is this: Is there an easy way to make this mod work properly? Reading how to install CBBE gives me a headache, and it took me a while to make FNIS work aswell. 
All i want is a spell version of body (breast/butt) modifications within the game itself, without the hassle of external body slides.

Minidresses 7B v1.51 by Stevierage from SevenBase Conversions - Bombshell and Cleavage BBP (Google for it)
 

I'm not sure what is mandatory from that list of mods, also consider the fact that they're all linked to the oldrim versions, and some may not have the SE version.
Also, if there's an actual SE mod that does the same thing as this mod (scaling through spells), i'd like to know and to know how to make it work.

So help a complete noob that has little knowledge with modding terminology to find out how its done

Well there is LazyGirl's Lazy Inflation 0.11. But as far as I recall, it is edited through MCM. Though it is a simple and great mod for scaling body parts on the fly.

 

There is also an All Nude Play 2.1 by CPU and Pfiffy. That one seem to be using spells. ?
