Making a new schlong

So I hope this is in the right place if not feel free to move it mods. 

 

SO I want to make a new schlong from AkkoArcade SFM. Namely this one. Human and horse schlongs have been done before. I want something new but the biggest problem is I don't know how. I don't even know where to start but I want to learn. I want to make something for everyone. So I want to ask would anyone be willing show me where I can learn to do this and/or help me do this?

you start by learning how to use 3DS Max 2010/2012 or Blender.....also you will first need a program called noesis to convert the SFM meshes into a usable format (like .obj).

Well converting it and importing it into blender was easy ? 1 step out of 100 ?

by the way NifSkope can import obj files, that may or may not be helpful to you.
