Looks like the texture's messed up and the textures for the anus ended up there instead. I'm not quite sure myself how to fix this (I've had the same problem before) but sometimes accessories messed it up or even hair cc. Try Lunar Eclipse's penis mod and change the default through the wicked whims body selector. OR it could be a problem with skin CC. There's many options but so many possibilities for problems. Hope it helps. ?

Nice "branding" on his best part! I would not get rid of the interesting thing.

 

I guess some CC on your sims show the same "sign". But you just show the dick... so I fear noone can got an easy idea which CC cause it.

Can be a shirt, an armband, watch, socks... so what does this pixelguy wear?

 

Oh, forgot to mention - you can change the outfit / accessories at WW and undress parts one by one, maybe the easiest way to find out.

Are you using Luumia bodyhair v5+ by any chance?

If your sims have pubic hair through “wicked” you can disable it and it should remove the smudge.

I don't know, I think that might be a giant sheep tick, a "dick tick" if you will. I'd be very careful when removing it...

 

Bah, I'm just kidding, it looks like some kind of texture bug.
