That's a modder's resource and not an actual mod.

The latest Leito's animations has built in squirt effect. Like you squirt every time. I actually had to remove the sound and edit the .nif(3d model) to get rid of it as A, It's unrealistic to always happen with every female character, and B makes MM really weird as well.

 

As for visible cum Polistro’s AAF Compatibility Patches comes with a plugin called Cum-n-wealth or some such which is supposed to add overlays. I don't check that esp so I dunno how well it works.

 

My upcoming prostitution mod has it's own text/sound effect based orgasm system... I'll probably post some demo video links soon.
