Skyrim Lag after modding

Greetings.

I am fairly new to this modding Community and Skyrim Modding overall.

I re Modded my Skyrim today with several sexlab mods.

At first, when you start a new game, everything runs fine and smooth. Until you get to make your character. Then, frames start to drop emidiatly. Down to 10 fps if not worse.

I have modded skyrim before, with pretty much the same mods. And it ran smoothly. My PC is more than good enough to run the game at ultra settings. My current mod installer is NMM.

At this stage i habe pretty much tried everything that comes to minde. Disable or uninstall mods, lower graphics, increase papyrus procesor time and so on. Nothing helps.

There appear to be no other bugs. Cbbe applies correctly, sos works, everything shows up and so on.

Only other things that appear to be wrong are delays between dialog (1 to 5 seconds before npcs answer), reapetet animations (chains to open doors being pulled reapetetly and non stop) and certain actions are not performed correctly (npcs trying to walk trough doors before opening them).

Also, as soon as i open the ingame menu or press escape or some other sort of text overlay appears (name your character for example) lag emidiatly stops and it runs smoothly, but if i try to play again, it lags.

My guess at this point is that either, the script load is too heavy, i installed something incorectly or its something with lighting/shadders.

Modlist is attached as screenshot. I own all 3 dlcs. Also, i am so sorry for my horrible English. Also, sorry for the horrible, unorganised mess that is my mod list.

If more information is needed, ill gladly post it as soon as possible. And thank you everyone in advance.

This is probably not the reason for the lags, but you should install USLEEP.

The skeleton is outdated. Use XPMSE instead. And let the installation override the SOS skeleton (is also outdated).
Then run FNIS for User.
