Teleporting and Defeat aftermath after sex?

I recently noticed these problems after speedrunning through the early quests and then starting to use Sexlab more often. First, I'm getting the old teleporting to Whiterun plains bug on starting an animation. I've encountered it before in previous games but I still don't understand what causes it or how to fix it short of resetting Sexlab Framework. Second problem is that Defeat is, for some reason, triggering the player rape aftermath where my PC is on the floor holding her stomach and I get the struggle bar on screen, even though I'm initiating consensual animations via Matchmaker or Eager NPCs and having checked all the tags in the mod settings.

I've spent some time changing MCM settings for both the framework and Defeat and after much trial and error: I went into Ysolda's house and seduced her. Each time she, then the PC would teleport into her firepit, go through the animation and then I would have to struggle out of the defeat aftermath. After freeing myself I couldn't go into first person or unsheathe weapons for a few seconds, and couldn't talk to Ysolda anymore. Instead she would display a (…) subtitle and speak a silent line.

As far as I can tell the only fix is resetting the framework and then starting the animation. Since I've got that I'm not asking for a fix, but does anyone know what might cause this? Is it a specific setting I missed or something? I'm a little concerned this might be a symptom of a bigger problem.

I've attached a papyrus log, hopefully someone will be able to make sense of it. In case it's important, I loaded a save in Whiterun, then loaded an autosave from entering Ysolda's house, then seduced via Eager NPCs. She then disappeared and teleported into the firepit, PC did the same a second later. I used spacebar to skip each stage with about a second in between each stage, then strafed to struggle free. A moment later I tried to talk to Ysolda twice, then exited to desktop.

Hey, just stumbled upon this thread. In case you are still having the issue, pretty much the same problem has been reported here

What shagrath92 suggested in Post #8 fixed it for me.

Cheers
