[QUESTION] hanging breasts

Recommended Posts

Hello,
I use the mod skyrim All-in-One HDT Animated Pussy 4.0.
When I change the breast size in the RaceMenu, the bigger the breasts are made, the more they are moved forward.

I've tried this with different bodies, but the result is always the same.

for example, i tried the Astrid BodySlide Preset earlier. when i look at the picture, the breasts hang more and don't stand out pointedly to the front.

Spoiler

My question now is, what do I have to do to make my char's breasts hang like this?

and then I'd have one more question,
in the race menu under the body slider, there are the breast hanging factor sliter left and right, when you move the passes but nothing at all.
Is that normal?

What Body are you using?

Assuming you are using a recent version of XPMSE and the latest Racemenu.

I use UUNP and I think the 4th tab along is UUNP Morphs (I assume CBBE has the same) here you get a lot more sliders that give you more control of size and shape.

I am using UUNP, and have installed the latest version of XPMSE and the Racemenu.

The UUNP slider in the UUNP Morphs tab also do not cause any change to the body.

Before doing anything else, back up your current body meshes.

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets

Copy anything that says female to a new folder in this directory, name it BackUp so you know where they are.

Create a new body with bodyslide using Unified UNP Special as the Outfit/Body type. You don't need to make a custom one, this is just for a test so use an exisiting preset if you like but before you hit Build make sure you tick the box on the bottom left that says Build Morphs.

Give that a try using the UUNP morph sliders in racemenu.

Keep in mind I don't actually have a great understanding of physics but I noticed when I changed HDT settings (I used Bazinga's until recently) it also changed the breast shape a little. Seems like all the super bouncy setups made the breasts look like I'd added cranked up the Push Up slider even though I hadn't.

Building the body and making the physics "match" it is really your best bet. You don't want to go all in on one or the other, too much hang in the body build but no give in the phyiscs will just give you stale pancakes. But too little in the build and too much in the physics will just become half filled rice bags that spin around when you move.

Basically build a body with enough to "use" then fiddle with the Gravity Factor, Time factor and Mass on both the NPC L/R Breast bones in your default HDT config to get the right "movement" then go to the "Constraints" section, and lower the negative Z linear limits for the 2 breast rigidbodies for more hang, these limits basically determine how they "sit" when not moving, e.g increasing positive X will make them spread more. With the angular limits, increasing the positive limits and lower the negative will give you more general movement but don't go too crazy because then your physics will just go wonky, intervals of 1 or 2 at a time.

I haven't got too much experience playing around with much beyond that, but I've managed to get some physics I'm really happy with that look realistic enough.

Hi Areagamer. I downloaded the preset in question just to take a look at it. I usually don't work with RaceMenu for breast characteristics beyond size adjustment. After briefly experimenting with the preset, I didn't see anything that prevents the model from having their breasts hanging more. In bodyslide, there is a slider called "BreastGravity" that you can use to make the breasts droop lower (or lift them up). Also, there is a slider called "BreastFlatness" that can push the breasts back or pull them forward. You may want to experiment in bodyslide with those two sliders with the preset to get the desired effect that you want.
