bug music ,discovery, new word sounds dont work

hi guys, 

iv been going around trying to find solutions for my problem but i didnt find any exact solution.

my main save file doesnt start any music, discovered location and new word learned. my other characters have everything working fine, and i tried all the solutions i found, also i dont think its an issue with my mods because i didnt install any new mod before that happened .

please i need help, i dont want to reinstall the game
