Submit Belt.esp pointing to the wrong version of Devious devices Integration

I have this error where mod Organizer says I don't have Devious devices integration. I was confused at first because I see. Devous devices integration in the load order like it should be. I checked archive posts here and it showed that I have the right file. It's just pointing to Devious devices integration.esp instead of devious devices integration.esm Is there a version of SL submit that points to the right version? I suppose I can run with it off for now. Thanks in advance for any help!

If it is still pointing to an ESP version, chances are it is so old that it isn't compatible anymore.  I'd remove it from your load order, unless you know how to update it to be compatible with the newest framework.
