well i found 2 mod responsible for this paradise cites and horny creature (from what i face paradise city practically hates every sexlab mods)

Same issue with the spider. I think it is because of SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals&Predators.esp for all animals and Immersive horses for the horse only

It's not gone. There's a few different ports of it for SE.
